Order Processing, Status, Back Orders & Shipping Information

Items that as in stock will have a processing time of 1 to 5 days.

New released (or Pre Order) figures will have an estimated processing time of one to ten weeks. The figure may ship earlier than the ten weeks depending on in the influx of orders for this figure. 

These are NOT  toys; it is a collector’s item. 

This is a 3D printed and hand painted model. Variations between models may vary. This model is 3D printed with ABS Like resin. Due to the smaller size of some models, it will be more prone to break if not handled with care. These aren’t the same materials as the plastic or pvc figures/toys that you purchase in the toy store. These are not toys, and they are meant and designed to be collector’s pieces to be displayed, either in the packaging or loose. 

We do offer unfinished items. These items will come in their raw form, assembled and ready for paint. We offer this option for collectors that like to customize in their own unique way 

There will be items listed as not in stock, but have the back order option. Back orders will take anywhere between one day up to six months (usually less than six months) to process and ship based on when the item is expected to be in stock. Please be patient while waiting on your order. 

We ship out all order once a week depending on the amount of orders. Around Christmas time we make two or three trips a week to try to get orders out as fast as possible. 

International Customers, please send us a message regarding shipping cost if it quotes you a very high shipping fee.

We have a Third Party that sets the shipping rates, so we can not control those costs, but we can offer discounts to help offset the shipping cost in certain situations.  

While we would like to think that USPS, UPS & FedEx handles all our packages with care, we understand sometimes our items may arrive in not so favorable conditions. We will be glad to replace the damaged item. Just need to send us images of the damaged item, and we will set up for a return of the broken item, once we receive the item, then we will get out a replacement as soon as possible. 

If you are unhappy with your figure upon arrival for any reason, contact us as soon as possible. 

When we have new released items such as "custom Star Wars figures and/or custom figures", we will offer a limited number of pre orders. We will add (PRE ORDER) in the item description and the pre order quantities will be adjusted. The pre order time frame from being listed to shipping will vary. We do not offer refunds on our products. We may offer store credit if deemed necessary.  We are a small business and to keep our prices low and affordable, our profit margins are razor thin.
